Kurt Miller

Kurt Miller is a Deputy District Attorney with the Marion County District Attorney’s Office. Kurt is currently assigned to the criminal division on a team that concentrates on controlled substance and institution offenses. Previously, from 2009-2013, Kurt was in the juvenile division where he prosecuted both delinquency and dependency cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kurt spent six years as a police officer in Glendale, AZ. Kurt also served in the U.S. Army as a helicopter crew chief instructor for seven years with a tour in Operation Restore Hope; Somalia, Africa. Kurt completed his law degree at the Willamette College of Law in 2008.
