Rebecca Fetters

Rebecca has spent the majority of the past 27 years working with vulnerable individuals. After graduating from college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Rebecca began working for a Community Based Work Program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Over the next several years Rebecca worked in a variety of capacities at this program, including management, before departing to become a case manager at one of the Southern California Regional Centers. After eight years in California, Rebecca returned to Oregon and was employed with the Washington County Developmental Disabilities program for nine years. While there, Rebecca provided services coordination, participated in the licensing process, oversaw service provider contracts, performed quality assurance functions, managed the program coordination staff, and worked closely with stakeholders and consumers on a variety of planning and program development processes. After a four year adventure in Massachusetts, where Rebecca worked as both an investigator and manager in Adult Protective Services, Rebecca again returned to Oregon and began employment at a private fiduciary firm. Rebecca worked as Guardian, Conservator, Personal Representative and trustee on hundreds of cases in both Oregon and Washington. Rebecca has been employed by the State of Oregon as an Operations and Policy Analyst since 2012. Currently, Rebecca devotes the majority of her time to quality assurance, research, data analysis and prevention activities.
