Since 2010, Kellie Johnson has served as an Assistant Disciplinary Counsel with the Oregon State Bar. In that capacity, Ms. Johnson maintains a heavy caseload of trial work while advising various legal professionals on lawyer ethics. She is a skilled and frequent speaker at continuing legal education courses on legal ethics, trial practice and various general legal practice areas. Prior to her position at the Bar, Ms. Johnson served as a county prosecutor for 13 years; from 2002 – 2010 in the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office and from 1997 – 2002 with the Lane County District Attorney’s office.
